Marketing Integrator (CRM & Data Strategy Lead)

We are looking for a Marketing Integrator who can take our data, systems, and relationships—and turn them into real, measurable revenue.

You will be the force behind how we identify opportunities, activate relationships, and scale intelligently.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Turning HubSpot into a true revenue-driving machine
  • Identifying hidden opportunities inside our database (warm prospects, untapped relationships, cross-sell potential)
  • Equipping our sales team with exactly who to call, when to call, and why it matters
  • Building smart automations, workflows, and campaigns that keep relationships moving
  • Creating visibility into pipeline, activity, and growth opportunities
  • Driving alignment between marketing efforts and actual revenue results

What You Bring

  • 3 years in CRM, marketing operations, or sales enablement
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting)
  • Strong analytical thinking ability to translate data into action
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with sales and leadership

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
