What You'll Do
- Manage the full commercial sales cycle - inspections, estimates, proposals, and closing.
- Respond to inbound leads and actively generate new business through networking and outreach.
- Partner with property managers, general contractors, and building owners to develop long-term accounts.
- Conduct on-site evaluations (core cuts, roof inspections, pull tests) with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Collaborate with production and project management teams to ensure accurate scopes and excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline with accountability.
- 1 year of commercial roofing sales or relevant construction/B2B sales experience.
- Working knowledge of low-slope systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, etc.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform roof inspections.
- Base Salary: $60K-$70K (based on experience)
- Commission: Up to 5% - realistic earnings of $100K in year one
