Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture customer relationships through direct, engaging interactions that introduce client services and deliver tailored account solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities to grow client market share while supporting community-focused initiatives across the greater Des Moines area.
- Conduct outreach to connect with prospective customers, clearly communicating our clients' value and ensuring every account interaction leaves a strong impression.
- Collaborate with teammates to implement customer acquisition strategies and hit shared account goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to strengthen customer outreach and account retention efforts.
- Participate in ongoing training and workshops to sharpen your skills in customer engagement, account management, and leadership.
- Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity, maintaining a customer-first approach in every account interaction.
Customer Account Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales, or any customer-facing role preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to learn and grow
- Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments
