Position Overview: As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the hearts and minds of our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that incorporate Christian and play-based values, fostering a love for learning and a strong moral foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans infused with Christian teachings and values.
- Create a nurturing and supportive environment where toddlers feel safe, loved, and valued.
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that reflects our commitment to excellence and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience working with toddlers in a daycare or early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding and commitment to Christian principles and values (or willingness to learn)
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- CPR, NSOR, Criminal Background, FBI fingerprinting, or willingness to obtain.
