Duties

- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation and respect.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and creative expression.
- Conduct assessments of childhood development milestones and utilize standardized testing tools to monitor progress and inform instruction.
- Collaborate with families to support child welfare, share progress updates, and discuss individualized approaches for children requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Maintain detailed lesson plans, classroom records, and documentation of student achievements in compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to childcare regulations, promoting child welfare practices, and managing toddler care routines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development stages.
