What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist position at Kingdom Kids Dental?
In need of a bilingual individual (Spanish, English) to be part of our dental team. We have a full-time receptionist position available.
Requirements:- Spanish and English (FLUENT Written and Oral) - Please do not apply if you are not fluent in both languages and do not feel comfortable speaking to patients in either language. - Great Phone Voice- Reliable, On-Time and reliable transportation - Multi-Tasker - Detail Oriented
- Dental knowledge a plus but not a requirement- Insurance knowledge a plus but not a requirement- Friendly, outgoing, always smiling, bubbly- Work without supervision- Computer knowledge- Dentrix, Word, Excel a plus but the right person can be trained.- Flexible (able to work some weekend marketing events and one Saturday out of the month)- Team Oriented/Goal Oriented - Long-Term position - Takes direction well.- Leads by example instead of following others examples- Charismatic
Will be in charge of patient check in/out, collecting payments, insurance eligibility and breakdowns, billing, entering insurance payments, confirmation calls, scheduling appointments and other miscellaneous tasks.
