Kingdom Kids Daycare & Preschool is a new daycare in Leesburg Va as a ministry of The Worship Center. We are a faith based, Christ-centered preschool that seeks to be a blessing to our community by providing affordable, family oriented, Christian daycare & preschool to our area.
The Daycare Assistant plays a key role in supporting the care and development of toddlers and preschoolers in a safe, clean, and engaging environment. Working primarily with children aged 1 to 5 years, the assistant helps facilitate educational activities, playtime, and recreation, ensuring each child's well-being and enjoyment. This position typically operates within a small team of 2-3 people but involves substantial individual responsibility without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise toddlers and preschoolers to ensure safety and well-being
- Assist with educational and recreational activities to promote development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of daycare areas and materials
- Monitor and address any safety concerns promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in childcare
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of childcare, First Aid, and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- A Vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and actively engaged in a church.
