Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients
- Lead renewal strategy, including marketing accounts to carriers and negotiating terms, pricing, and coverage
- Prepare and manage new business and renewal submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of exposure data
- Conduct coverage reviews and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present quotes, proposals, and coverage recommendations to clients
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand client relationships
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to secure optimal coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and risk management guidance
- Conduct client meetings, policy reviews, and strategic planning discussions
- Oversee CSR support work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service quality
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system and ensure compliance with E&O procedures
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier programs, and regulatory changes
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth

Requirements
- 35 years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Experience managing small to mid-market commercial accounts and experience with more complex accounts preferred
- Strong knowledge of coverage forms, risk analysis, and carrier market
- Proficiency with agency management systems

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
