Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) based in Columbus, GA. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care within a clinical or healthcare facility setting. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, documenting medical histories, assisting with daily patient care tasks, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care for patients. The LPN will also maintain accurate records and provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Practical nursing skills, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing basic medical procedures.
• Proficiency in patient care techniques such as wound care, hygiene assistance, and mobility support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Possession of a current, valid LPN license in the state of Georgia.
• CPR certification and knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
