We are seeking energetic, safety-conscious Zip Line Operators to guide guests through our thrilling outdoor course. In this role, you will ensure every guest has a safe, memorable, and high-flying experience. If you love the outdoors, excel at customer service, and possess an unwavering commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Enforcement: Inspect cables, harnesses, pulleys, and braking systems daily to guarantee 100% operational safety.
- Guest Preparation: Securely fit guests into safety gear, including helmets and harnesses, and double-check all connections.
- Launch & Recovery: Manage the safe, sequential launching and landing of participants across multiple zip line platforms.
- Guest Support: Provide physical assistance and emotional encouragement to guests conquering their fear of heights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: Strong vocal projection and a friendly demeanor to command attention and comfort nervous guests.
- Attention to Detail: Strict adherence to standard operating procedures and a zero-tolerance policy for safety shortcuts.
- Experience: No prior zip line experience required; comprehensive technical and safety training is provided.
