What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Coordinator position at Kingdom East Unified Union School District?
The Site Coordinator supervises staff and students and designs and manages academic and enrichment programs during KEAP (Kingdom East Afterschool Programs), Monday-Thursday 3-5pm, and on early release days, and is responsible for all aspects of the KEAP site administration on a daily basis. KEAP operates according to Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center grant requirements and school policies and procedures. The pay for this position is $25/hr.
Opportunities to join enrichment programs with students (athletics, skiing, biking, hiking, fishing) are available as arranged with supervisor. This position also includes leading outdoor and high-interest enrichments during the KESD Summer Camp, and providing athletic administrative support up to two evenings per week and on school breaks as arranged with supervisor.
Attendance Requirements: 35 hours/week during school year, 35-40 hours/week during Summer Camp, full benefits, 260 days per year, flexible schedules are negotiable with the Program Director.
KEAP and Lyndon Town School are part of the Kingdom East School District, located in the heart of a vibrant community in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.
