About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist | Sales & Support to help serve, support, and grow our customer relationships.

This role is about much more than answering questions. It is about building trust, understanding customer needs, solving problems, identifying opportunities, and helping customers succeed over time.

You will work with customers through sales and support conversations across phone, email, and messaging platforms. Some customers will need guidance. Some will need reassurance. Some will need solutions. Some will be ready for the next step in growing their business and will need someone who can recognize the opportunity and help them move forward.

This role plays a direct part in customer retention, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth. It is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, communicates with confidence and empathy, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in helping customers win.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers across sales and support conversations
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and dependable service
  • Help customers find the right products, services, and solutions for their needs
  • Respond to incoming support inquiries by phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Resolve customer issues quickly, professionally, and with strong follow-through
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals and usage patterns
  • Support the customer journey from first order through repeat business
  • Collaborate closely with production, fulfillment, and leadership teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Track customer communications, opportunities, and support activity using internal systems
  • Maintain organized records and strong communication habits
  • Stay knowledgeable about Kingdom Designs products, services, and programs
  • Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas that improve the customer experience and strengthen internal processes

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, customer support, inside sales, business development, or another client-facing role is preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience in custom apparel, DTF transfers, printing, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus, but not required
  • We are willing to invest in the right person if they bring the right attitude, communication ability, professionalism, and desire to grow
