Duties
As a Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating the POS system and cash register accurately for transactions.
- Handling cash and managing cash register operations with precision.
- Conducting product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide informed assistance.
- Supervising and training new staff members as needed to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Performing retail math calculations for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Upholding phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
- Ensuring the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
Experience
