Overview
We are seeking a dependable, experienced independent contractor to assist with residential remodeling projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and has strong experience in tile installation, flooring, and drywall.
This position will begin on an as-needed basis, with opportunities for additional projects and consistent work based on performance, skill level, and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Install tile, LVP, laminate, hardwood, and other flooring materials
- Hang, finish, repair, and patch drywall
- Assist with framing, trim work, demolition, and general carpentry
- Complete residential remodeling and renovation projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate your own hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Produce quality work while meeting project deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong experience with tile installation, flooring, and drywall is required
- Residential remodeling experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must provide your own hand tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license preferred
Work Location
Most projects are located in the Fayetteville area; however, travel to Southern Pines, Whispering Pines, and surrounding communities is required as projects demand.
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience
- 1099 independent contractor position

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
