Key Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
- Perform basic demolition, cleanup, and site preparation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow project schedules, instructions, and safety requirements
- Support the project team in completing work efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications:
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor
