What are the responsibilities and job description for the Singer/Performer position at Kingdom Business International Ministries?
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate lead vocalist who would be interested in joining the worship team at our church! This job is great for someone who loves Christ and can be available on Sundays 10am - 1pm for leading praise and worship. PAY ONLY ON SUNDAYS this is more of a guaranteed once a week gig type of job. We also do bonuses here and there to show our appreciation to our worship team members.
Responsibilities
- Able to attend the whole church service including praise and worship time from 10am - 1pm (10 am - 11am is soundcheck song run through) (12pm - 12:30pm praise and worship)
- Be able to help with leadership of the worship team in terms of leading musical direction and organization.
- Be able to attend 1-2 times a month rehearsal in the evenings (usually 6pm- 8pm or 8pm - 10pm)
- Be able to do basic sound check (if you don’t know how to do that don’t worry we will teach you)
- And last but not least be able to sing and sing well! We often do songs by artist like Hillsong, Chris Tomlin, Micheal W Smith, and other similar Christian musicians
When you submit your application and you are selected you will be called for an audition. The details of the audition will be specified upon selection.
Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per day
