Position Summary
Responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional execution of commercial and municipal water well drilling projects, including large-diameter, high-capacity wells.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate drilling rigs and support equipment safely and efficiently
- Drill large-diameter, high-capacity wells
- Perform drilling in drift and rock formations
- Install PVC and steel casing systems
- Lead crew members and ensure safe work practices
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Overnight travel may be required depending on project location
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial drilling preferred
- Ability to drill large-diameter wells
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
