A high-growth, PE-backed natural gas infrastructure platform is hiring a Financial Analyst to own its corporate model and support active capital markets and M&A activity.
Not a back-office role. Not a reporting function. This is a seat at the centre of how the business makes its biggest decisions — capital allocation, acquisitions, debt financing, and equity holder returns.
What you'll own:
- The corporate financial model — multi-entity, multi-scenario, 20 year projections across multiple business lines including behind-the-meter data centre power generation
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis supporting live debt and equity raises
- M&A underwriting and acquisition analysis
- Board and lender presentation materials
- Ad hoc analysis for senior leadership and PE sponsor
What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development
- Advanced Excel modelling — integrated financials, DCF, capital structure, multi-scenario
- Independent ownership of deals or models — not a supporting role
- Energy or infrastructure background is a plus, not a requirement
- PE-backed environment experience preferred
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary 20% target bonus equity component
