Brief Overview:
King Swings is looking to add an office assistant to our team! This position would involve assisting several different departments with data entry, calls, and emails.
This position requires being able to work well in a team environment but also being able to manage your own time well for overall accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Enter order details into our scheduling system to help with efficient route building and date assignments
- Participate in the office phone queue by answering incoming calls and transferring to appropriate departments - this can involve answering basic questions and gathering some information before assigning to an agent
- Create simple repair/shipment forms and corresponding tickets for customer service
- Assist shipping as needed with packaging or organization
- Miscellaneous Data Entry as needed
- Collaborate with the Office Admin on staff projects and events to uphold company culture
- Provide playground event support/coordination
