Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Support kitchen operations by managing food prep stations, knife skills, and ingredient organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and special catering events.
- Help with menu planning ideas and contribute to maintaining consistency in food quality.
- Follow all health regulations related to food safety, handling, and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
