Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Title Agent. The Title Agent will be responsible for conducting title searches, managing closings, handling escrow activities, and verifying the chain of title. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service. While based in Bethlehem, PA, this position offers flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in conducting Closings and performing Title Searches
- Experience in managing Escrow processes and verifying the Chain of Title
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with real estate law and title insurance procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools is beneficial
- High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
