Our client, a highly successful, nationally recognized Wealth Management Team, is seeking to add a Senior Wealth Management Client Associate to join their practice in the Greater Phoenix area.
This individual will play a key client-facing advisory role, working directly with high-net-worth clients while supporting senior advisors in the delivery and execution of comprehensive financial plans.

This is not a traditional “book of business” Financial Advisor role. Instead, this position is ideal for someone who excels in client relationships, financial planning, and portfolio execution, and prefers to operate within a team-based, collaborative environment while working with one of Arizona's Top-Performing Wealth Management teams!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients alongside senior advisors
- Lead and participate in client meetings, including independently managing relationships over time
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans
- Support portfolio management and investment strategy discussions
- Collaborate with internal team members across advisory and operations functions
- Help maintain and grow existing client relationships through a high-touch service model
Qualifications:
- 3 – 7 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
- Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Proven ability to operate in a client-facing advisory capacity
- Background supporting a team at firms such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, or similar preferred
- Highly professional, polished, and confident in front of clients
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to support and scale an existing book of business
Requirements:
- CFP® required
- CIMA®, CFA®, or similar advanced designation strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000 – $350,000 annual salary (depending on experience) plus lucrative Bonus and both Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Plans
