As an Experienced Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our hospitality, ensuring our guests enjoy their time with us. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and flair.
- Engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is always ready for service.
- Collaborating with team members to support the smooth operation of the bar and dining areas.

-Take Tee Times & food orders over the phone

-Help keep our clubhouse functional & efficient

-GOLF related duties when the golf proshop is closed- checking in golfers, range tickets, golf sign ups etc. Don't worry, WE can teach you how!

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience, with strong knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
