Job Overview

Position: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Location: Warsaw and surrounding communities

Job Type: Part-time or PRN

Setting: One-on-one, in-home care (non-facility)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience, availability, and shift type)
• Weekly pay
• Pay increase eligibility after 90 days
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits
• Holiday pay opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Offer non-clinical medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, compassionate, and respectful individuals
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check
• Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
