POSITION SUMMARY:

In-Home Caregiver – Flexible Schedule Weekly Pay

Location: Decatur, IN

Pay Range: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Position Type: Part-Time and PRN

King’s Grace Homecare is seeking reliable individuals to provide non-medical, in-home support for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Decatur area.

This role is a good fit for those who value consistency, prefer one-on-one care, and want a flexible schedule that fits around their availability.

Paid training is available for candidates who are new to the field and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene and dressing
• Support safe movement and transfers
• Provide companionship and engagement
• Assist with meal prep and light household tasks
• Provide reminders for medications (non-clinical)
• Support individuals with memory-related needs using patience and consistency
• Document basic care activities as required

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Clear communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to assist with mobility needs (up to 50 lbs.)
• Background check required

Experience & Training

• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or direct support is helpful
• Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus
• Entry-level applicants welcome – training is provided

Scheduling Overview

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts offered
• Some holiday availability may be needed depending on client needs
