- Average earnings of $100,000 with potential for $200,000
- Weekly performance bonuses

Every New Team Member Goes Through Our In-house Sales Boot Camp — a Structured, Hands-on Program That Will Familiarize You With Every Part Of Insurance Roofing, Including
- How to confidently pitch, inspect, and close
- How to conduct a professional roofing inspection
- Intro to the insurance process and documentation flow
- How to work with homeowners from first contact to install
- Real-world scenarios, role-plays, and mentorship
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected/warm areas
- Build rapport and gain the trust of homeowners
- Qualify, set inspection appointments, and submit lead information
- Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
- Hit daily and weekly performance metrics
- CLOSE personal deals, as well as provided leads
Requirements
- A reliable form of Transportation/Valid Driver’s License
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Past sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous customer service skills is a bonus
- Commitment to mastering roofing fundamentals through ongoing training
