Middle Market Producer

• Generate $1.2M in new middle-market commercial premium within 18 months by originating, qualifying, and closing property, casualty, and specialty accounts.
• Build a qualified pipeline of 40 active opportunities each quarter through targeted prospecting, centers of influence, and referral networks.
• Convert 25% of first meetings into bound business by delivering consultative risk assessments and competitive, comprehensive proposals.
• Achieve 85% first-year retention on new accounts through proactive stewardship and cross-sell of employee benefits or surety.
• Expand 20% of existing middle-market relationships by identifying uncovered exposures and placing additional lines.
• Contribute to agency growth by mentoring junior producers and sharing market intelligence with the underwriting and service teams.

You report to the Commercial Sales Leader and partner daily with dedicated account executives, claims advocates, and placement specialists. You will have full access to our carrier markets, marketing support, CRM, and AMS platform plus a competitive producer agreement and marketing budget.

• 5 years producing middle-market commercial P&C with a documented track record of $750K new premium.
• Active P&C license and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Proven ability to run a full sales cycle from prospecting through binding and first-year servicing.
• Strong technical knowledge of property, GL, auto, workers’ compensation, and umbrella placements.
• Demonstrated success building referral sources and centers of influence in the commercial space.
