Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Automotive sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, along with automotive experience and negotiation skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development and growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales team to improve performance and skills.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong management experience with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and account management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and data analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams to achieve results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

  • 25% (Preferred)
