As a Print Operator, you’ll help produce high-quality graphics for retail environments while learning equipment, materials, and production processes in a fast-paced team setting.
What You’ll Do
- Operate large-format printing equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Prepare and RIP files for print production
- Verify colors, sizes, substrates, and job specifications before printing
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments during production
- Set up printers for different materials and job requirements
- Keep jobs moving efficiently with quick changeovers
- Track job progress and maintain production logs
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Label and organize completed work according to department procedures
- Assist with material handling and job staging
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Cross-train and support other tasks within the department
- Experience in printing, graphics, manufacturing, or production is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes (training provided)
- Basic computer skills (file handling, simple systems navigation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written work orders and instructions
- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
- Good color vision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing and moving throughout the shift
- Active production environment with equipment noise
- Day shift schedule
