Pay & Incentives
- Weekly Pay: $1,600–$1,800
- CPM Rate: 60–70 CPM
- CPM increases by 1 CPM annually, up to 10 years
- Annual Equivalent: $80,000–$85,000
- Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,000–2,500

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL in good standing
- Must be 21 years or older
- Entry-level drivers welcome — 0 months of experience required
- Minor violations reviewed case by case
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
- Deliver freight safely and on time
- Operate an automatic tractor with a 48'–53' trailer
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
