Maintenance Technician (Richmond, VA)
Full-time Maintenance Tech needed. We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable team player with a positive attitude. Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week!
Must be skilled in all areas of apartment maintenance including but not limited to:
- A/C (both R-22 and 410A) and heating systems
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Appliance repair and installation
- Interior and exterior lighting
- Patch and repair sheetrock
- Assist with keeping grounds and dumpster areas neat and free of trash
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have own tools.
Hours are Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call schedule.
