Our ideal candidate will be adept at time management, multi-tasking and possess superior customer service skills. We are looking for someone who has leadership skills as we like to promote from within. 75% of our leasing consultants and assistant managers are promoted within a year.

Prior residential or leasing experience is a plus - but is not required. We will provide training!
Job Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the leasing process, including: touring, qualifying prospects and finalizing applications in accordance with company guidelines
*Responding to phone and email leads
*Rent collections and banking
*Process renewals in accordance with company guidelines
*Maintain lease files and company records
*Current resident retention and satisfaction
*Community marketing, including all major marketing and social media sites
*Other administrative duties as assigned by Property Manager
Job Requirements
*4 year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
*Valid driver's license
*Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
