King Properties & Construction LLC is seeking a dependable, hard-working Laborer / Shop Hand to join our team. This position involves a variety of outdoor jobsite labor, shop maintenance, heavy equipment cleaning, lawn care and general construction support duties.
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Mowing, weed eating, and general lawn care
- Cleaning and organizing the shop and yard
- Washing and cleaning heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Assisting mechanics and equipment operators as needed on the jobsite and off
- Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials
- Performing general labor and maintenance tasks
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, dust, and other conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, lawn care Equip. and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating lawn care equipment
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience maintaining or repairing heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, or machinery
- Construction, farm, welding, or equipment operation experience
- CDL is also a plus, but not required

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Lawn care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic Tool: 1 year (Preferred)
- Power tool: 1 year (Preferred)
- Outdoor Laborer: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (Required)
- CDL (Preferred)
