We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead key operational functions at our manufacturing facility. This role will initially focus on overseeing Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse operations. Over time, and based on performance and organizational fit, the scope of this position may expand to include additional departments.
This is a critical leadership role with the potential to evolve into a broader executive-level position. We are looking for someone who is not only operationally savvy but also demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse functions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with company objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and take action to improve performance, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Serve as a key contributor to strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Assess organizational needs and demonstrate readiness to take on broader responsibilities (Production, HR, Maintenance, Sales) as appropriate.
- Be a true “player-coach” — a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are guiding teams from a strategic level.
- Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies a plus.
