King Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated, dependable, and energetic Rehabilitation Aide / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same.
You'll help both our therapists and front office team by:
Patient Care
- Prepare treatment areas between patients
- Assist therapists with patient flow
- Clean and sanitize equipment
- Stock treatment supplies
- Help create an exceptional patient experience
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a smile
- Answer phones professionally
- Schedule appointments
- Collect co-pays and patient payments
- Assist with patient paperwork
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Help maintain organized schedules
Administrative Support
- Insurance verification
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Filing and organization
- General office projects
- Help keep our clinic running efficiently

Schedule
Part-Time
Approximately 15–30 hours per week
Flexible scheduling available.
Ideal for:
- College students
- Gap-year students
- Recent graduates preparing for graduate school
Two days per week evening availability is preferred.
