Now Hiring: Part-Time Soccer Trainer
Location: King of Prussia Soccer Club
Age Groups: Kindergarten through 8th Grade
King of Prussia Soccer Club (KOPSC) is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time Soccer Trainers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about youth soccer and eager to support skill development through structured practices.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday evenings: 2.5 hours per night
- Saturday mornings: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours)
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with and support structured practices for players in Kindergarten through 8th grade
- Work alongside and support volunteer head coaches during sessions by helping with drills, demonstrations, and group management
- Collaborate with the Director of Coaching and/or Technical Director to implement and enhance training programs
- Help ensure a fun, positive, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Follow the club’s curriculum while providing consistent technical support to players
Qualifications:
- Background in soccer as a player, coach, or trainer
- Enjoy working with kids of various ages and abilities
- Dependable, energetic, and strong communicator
- Willingness to follow direction and contribute to a team setting
- Coaching licenses are a plus, but not required
- Background check clearances
- Safe sport training
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
