Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, for an HVAC Service/Installation Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including conducting preventive maintenance and performing diagnostics and troubleshooting. The role requires supporting customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient service while adhering to safety standards and industry guidelines. Technicians will document service processes and ensure a high-quality experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance
- Expertise in Troubleshooting HVAC systems and diagnosing issues
- Commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Certification in EPA and a solid understanding of relevant safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in HVAC installation and service is a plus
- Technical training or certification in HVAC or related fields is preferred
