We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Fulfillment / Curbside Associate to help process online orders and provide an efficient curbside pickup experience for our customers.
Job Summary
As an Online Fulfillment / Curbside Associate, you will prepare, organize, and deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role ensures a seamless online shopping experience and represents King of Budz in providing friendly, professional service at pickup.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package online and curbside orders accurately.
- Verify products, quantities, and order details before pickup.
- Greet customers and safely deliver orders during curbside pickup.
- Communicate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage, packing, and pickup areas.
- Follow all state cannabis regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory updates and backroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and online order platforms.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail, cannabis, or curbside experience a plus but not required.
