Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Support cooking processes by following recipes and instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors
- Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to keep service areas tidy and efficient
- Handle food handling duties responsibly, adhering to proper hygiene practices at all times
- Support banquet or event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service needs
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hotel kitchens is highly desirable
