King Milling Company has been family-owned and operated since 1890. We mill a wide variety of wheat into high-quality flours for bakeries and food processors throughout Michigan and across the country, supplying many of the nation’s most well-known consumer brands and restaurant chains.

King Milling Company is proud to be the oldest continually operating business in Kent County and one of only six remaining flour mills in the state of Michigan.
The job of a General Laborer is to:
o Maintain a sanitary environment throughout the property.
o Follow written cleaning procedure.
o Document completed cleaning tasks.
o Employ safe working practices.
o Attend all safety training sessions.
o Understand chemical approval and usage.
o Identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and safety.
o Be able to communicate issues to the effected teams.
Skills and Requirements Needed:
o Dedicated and self-motivated.
o Some mechanical and computer skills.
o Strong communication and critical thinking ability.
o Ability to adapt to diverse work environments.
o Commitment to safe work practices.
Working Hours
Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm.
Job Type: Full-time
