Job description:
King Maintenance Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner from the Branson area to join our family owned company team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and clean environment for both employees and visitors in a Branson area Medical Clinic.
*These positions are year around - we DO NOT reduce hours seasonally!
*We are looking for part-time long term cleaners - we do NOT have any short-term employment, temporary employment or full-time employment available.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting & vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize entrances, lobbies, restrooms, exam rooms, break rooms and common areas.
- Dispose of trash materials properly. Transport linens (in some locations)
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special deep cleaning projects as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attendance & time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage.
- Physical stamina to perform standing cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.
Must have reliable transportation & a good attendance record with previous companies. Must be at least 18 to apply. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
$16.00 per hour / Shift Time: 6:00pm-9:00pm / Mon-Fri - Clinic Setting
You will receive an increase in pay at 90 days & at your 1 year evaluation, so you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
