Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of concession foods with precision and speed, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
- Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage customer orders with friendly service, upselling items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Assist with food handling duties such as serving snacks and beverages while adhering to proper food safety protocols
- Support kitchen operations by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during busy periods
- Greet customers and provide friendly, effective service
- Restock food, beverages, supplies, and merchandise
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Assist in opening and closing concession stand
- Restock bathrooms and take out trash through your shift
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments with a focus on fast-paced operations
