Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501© (3), and intellectual property litigation
- Attend court, mediations, and depositions
- Research and prepare case for court
- Case Reviews
- PAG Team Trainings
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
- Ensure the ultimate client experience
- Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service
- Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
- All other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with a state bar association
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus
- Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus
