Accounts Payable Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, matching, verifying and processing invoices
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and
organizing documents
- Assist with project administration
- Monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Maintain and update office databases and records
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe PDF
- Previous experience working in an office or similar environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with the accounting process is beneficial but not required
- Previous experience in plant/construction administration is a plus
