Are you willing to serve with compassion, integrity and excellence? If so, this opportunity may be for you! We are looking to hire immediately for a part-time companion care position.
Duties:
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, changing bed linens, laundry, trash removal, and washing dishes.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to client
- Mobility assistance
- Encourage physical activity such as walking around the neighborhood
-Assistance with grocery shopping (online or in-person)
-Meal Preparation
-Assistance with picking out clothes
-Running errands with client
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years work history
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's home
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
