We are currently expanding our portfolio and preparing to acquire premier campground properties in Mitchell, SD and Chamberlain, SD. We are building a shortlist of dependable candidates to live on-site and oversee operations once we officially close!
The Role: Maintenance Manager
As a primary perk of this position, you will serve as the Maintenance Manager for your designated campground. We aren't looking for someone to just "help out"—we want a self-starter who takes pride in the property. You’ll have the autonomy to identify what needs to be done and the initiative to handle it without needing constant direction. If you enjoy being the "boss of the grounds" and keeping things running smoothly on your own terms, this is for you.

Time Commitment (Seasonal & Highly Flexible):
- Peak Season: ~20 hours per week during the busy months.
- Off-Season: ~5 hours per week to keep an eye on things.
