We are currently expanding our portfolio and preparing to acquire premier campground properties in Mitchell, SD and Chamberlain, SD. We are building a shortlist of dependable candidates to live on-site and oversee operations once we officially close!
Time Commitment (Seasonal & Highly Flexible):
- Peak Season: ~20 hours per week during the busy months.
- Off-Season: ~5 hours per week to keep an eye on things.
The workload is predictable and flexible, designed to give you a rent-free lifestyle while leaving you plenty of time to pursue other income or enjoy the South Dakota outdoors.
Pro-Tip: There is a constant local demand for handyman and maintenance work—both for on-site campers and the surrounding community. Whether you want to pick up private contracts or work with local businesses in town, your schedule is yours to manage.
