Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Technician / Installer. The Field Service Technician / Installer will travel to customer locations to install, configure, and test equipment according to company standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, completing repairs, and documenting all work performed using company systems. The role involves communicating with customers to explain work performed, provide basic equipment training, and ensure a positive service experience. The technician will also coordinate with internal teams for parts ordering, scheduling, and technical support while adhering to all safety and compliance procedures.

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, with the ability to read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and installation guides.
- Experience with field service, installation, or maintenance work (prior experience as a service technician, installer, or similar role is highly beneficial).
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients on-site and remotely.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail when diagnosing issues and completing repairs or installations.
- Comfort using mobile devices, basic software tools, and digital work order or ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and follow schedules with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel regularly to customer locations as required.
- Commitment to safety practices, including proper use of tools, personal protective equipment, and adherence to company and site-specific safety policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training in a relevant field is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed and work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor job sites.
