Duties
- Perform advanced laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction, utilizing state-of-the-art laser equipment.
- Assist physicians with botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections, ensuring natural-looking results tailored to each client’s goals.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all safety guidelines during procedures to ensure client well-being.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up care using EHR software.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing maintenance to maximize results.
- Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and recommending suitable skincare solutions during consultations.
- Support front desk operations, including greeting guests, managing inquiries via social media management tools, and coordinating client flow efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Laser Technician and LPN or RN Nurse with current licensing in accordance with AR state regulations.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry or medical spa environment with a focus on aesthetic treatments.
- Strong knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, and laser procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and expectations.
- Familiarity with salon or med spa management software; experience with social media management is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in sanitation practices and maintaining compliance with health standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
