Dental Treatment Coordinator – Cisco, TX
We’re looking for a proactive, charismatic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Cisco, TX! This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background in the medical field (dental experience preferred, but not required) who is ready to take ownership of the patient journey—from insurance verification to helping patients say “yes” to treatment.
What You’ll Do:
- Verify patient insurance and clearly explain benefits
- Present treatment plans with confidence and compassion
- Guide patients through financial options and help improve case acceptance
- Coordinate care and ensure a seamless patient experience
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in medical or dental administration (dental preferred)
